MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
Tensile strength: σb ≥ 980 MPa
Yield strength: σs ≥ 835 MPa
Elongation: δ5 ≥ 12%
Impact energy: Akv ≥ 63 J
Impact toughness value: αkv ≥ 78 J/cm²
Hardness: Hardness ≤ 229HB
HEAT TREATMENT
Quenching: 850°C-860°C, followed by oil cooling for quenching.
Tempering: Tempering treatment is carried out after quenching, 500°C-550°C, and can be carried out by water cooling or oil cooling.
Normalizing: In some cases, 35CrMo steel may need to be normalized before quenching, and the normalizing temperature should not be higher than its quenching temperature.
The allowable adjustment range of heat treatment temperature: quenching ±15°C, low temperature tempering ±20°C, high temperature tempering ±50°C.
