Quality Control System

Union Steel has passed ISO 9001-2015 approval and certification, and has established a stable and efficient quality management system that runs throughout the entire production process, from raw materials incoming to final products, management, marketing and after-sales service.

Our quality department is an independent department with a complete quality inspection system. Quality inspection is required in every step of the production process. Quality awareness is deeply rooted in the hearts of every Union Steel's employee. Union Steel's quality management system supports us to improve production efficiency and reduce costs, provide better products and services, and also improve customer satisfaction.

For the purpose of controlling product quality nicely , our quality control is usually divided into the following three processes:

Before Production Quality Control(BPQC)

   Raw material control
We have an independent quality inspection department and quality inspection personnel in the factory. We conduct secondary inspections according to the factory's quality control system to ensure that the quality of the raw material passes the standards.

   Production Procedure
Check the production plan provided by the product department, and confirm feasibility with our technicians

   Specification & Standard
Do research on the specification, ensure that every procedure meets standards.
In Production Quality Control(IPQC)

According to production procedure,IPQC are carried out to ensure production can meet the specified technical requirements.

Tests are necessary during the production. Inspection hold point will be carried out during Smelting,Foring,Heat Treatment and Machining process to check whether the procedure is under control properly.
After Production Quality Control(APQC)

After the production of products,we will do quality inspection for final products. Each testing results will be recorded to ensure that all products meet customer requirements.
