HEAT TREATMENT
Isothermal annealing: annealing temperature (850±10)°C, holding for 2 hours, cooling to (720±10)°C in the furnace, holding for 4 hours, cooling the furnace to below 500°C, air cooling after exiting the furnace, hardness ≤229HBW.
High temperature tempering: Tempering temperature (730 ±10)°C, heat preservation for 2 hours, furnace cooling to ≤500°C, air cooling after exiting the furnace.
Quenching and tempering: quenching temperature 850-880°C, oil cooling, hardness 50-52HRC; tempering temperature 580-640°C, air cooling out of the furnace, hardness 28-36HRC.
Pre-hardening treatment: heating temperature 860-900°C, oil cooling, tempering temperature 570-700°C, air cooling, tempering hardness 28-35HRC.

Forging temperature range is 1050-850℃
